Maria Schmackpfeffer is a licensed real estate advisor based in Viera, one of Melbourne, Florida’s most desirable master-planned communities. With a BA in Marketing and an Executive MBA in Systems Management, she brings a strategic, business-minded approach to real estate—grounded in strong marketing fundamentals and a deep understanding of complex decision-making. Maria relocated to Brevard County over a decade ago, bringing with her a background in corporate strategy and senior-level client engagement. Since then, she has built a well-rounded perspective on the Space Coast lifestyle, living on both the barrier island and the mainland—offering clients valuable insight into communities from Satellite Beach and Indialantic to Melbourne Beach and Central Brevard.

 

Along the way, she met her husband, a brilliant aerospace program manager deeply involved in the region’s dynamic defense and space sector. Their shared professional drive and ties to the industry have strengthened Maria’s connection to the relocation journeys and lifestyle transitions many of her clients face.
